Dr. Matthew Zanis, a graduate of the University of Pittsburg and Duke University, where he earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, is a renowned movement and physical therapy expert. During his time serving as an athletic trainer at the University of Pittsburg, he worked directly with athletes in varying fields including track and field, football, basketball, and baseball. He also had the opportunity to work with professional sport teams, including the Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB) and the Arizona Cardinals (NFL).
After successfully completing a Residency in Orthopedics and a Fellowship in Manual Therapy through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, Dr. Matt went on to publish work in the International Journal of Sports Medicine. Additionally, he is passionate about providing continuing education to other physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and strength and conditioning coaches through different educational sources.
