Personal Private Fitness Training

We provide private, one-on-one training at our facility with a certified and degreed Exercise Physiologist. Let one of our experts monitor your workout and make sure you are exercising properly as well as offer you some tips and tricks to maximize your results. This includes an individualized exercise program.

Exercise Assessment

A simple functional movement screen for muscle and joint range-of-motion, stabilization and flexibility. Find out where your weaknesses lie so you can target those areas in your training and maximize the effectiveness of your workouts. An exercise assessment is the KEY to individualized training – anything less and you’re simply guessing. [Note: this assessment does NOT include aerobic testing (e.g., VO2 max, lactate threshold, etc.)]

Exercise Prescription

Take the guess work out of designing a strength training or cardiovascular training program by letting our team of experts do all the work for you. Your exercise program will be individualized to meet your specific goals and tailored to your preferences. We will do everything short of work out for you! We can design an exercise program to address your fitness goals in the following areas:
